What is your heartache trying to tell you?

What is your heartache trying to tell you?

Before I even thought about writing The Seven Secrets to Living in Harmony, I had come to realise that I had placed many supposedly protective ‘layers’ around my heart. Why? Who has not felt the need to protect themselves from heartache in our life, and not only in personal relationships? Secret #4 answers the question: “What do I feel in my heart?” The heart determines our health and strength as it focuses on how we feel about our internal world—the emotional responses to our own thoughts, ideas, attitudes, and inspiration. Blood represents the flow of life and the heart has the responsibility to pump it around the body. Hence why the most obvious physical effects of lack of harmony in the heart area are circulatory conditions such as angina and variations in blood pressure. It can also include tension, insomnia, and immune system disorders. Because the heart needs oxygen, it is also links to breathing difficulties such as asthma. To  help you understand the message your heart is sending you, I have placed on YouTube a short video about  Secret #4 – ready to listen? If you are seeking to create harmonious relationships in all aspects of your life, The Seven Secrets will help you understand the importance of both giving and receiving love – in both your personal and business life. With the cosmos emphasising relationships – perhaps YOU are feeling some kind of ‘heartache’? The book details how I learnt my body was sending me signals only I was not listening, with the result I was experiencing pain and discomfort.  Once I began to listen life became easier and more joyful. Hence why I wrote the book so that others could also benefit. In addition to case studies it contains scientific support for my contention our beliefs limit the way we live our lives. You have 8 seconds to grab the attention of the people you are trying to sell to. If you don’t have a compelling headline, your sales page is useless. It simply wont be read and all your effort will have gone to waste. If I were you I would write down 10 possible headlines and get other peoples opining on which one does the best job at grabbing their attention. Make it stand out with numbers of an interesting component. You should also get an e-book with a compilation of headlines for inspiration. Don’t try to automate this process with one of those software’s, they don’t work and will hurt your sales page. Tell a Story One of the most effective devices used to sell are “stories”....

Home based businesses can be ideal if they are set up and maintained properly. The following are a set of tips to de-mystify the process of setting up a home business, and running it smoothly. Everyone considering this type of undertaking should arm themselves with lots of solid advice.   Take regular breaks throughout your day, but don’t get distracted by the home environment. Don’t begin complicated home improvement projects or take long, personal calls.
