The structures of our life are being destroyed so we can re-build them more attuned to our desires
Welcome to The Harmonising Times as the full moon and lunar eclipse on 5th July opened the gates to a new world. Though marking the end of this eclipse cycle, its echoes will be felt for weeks to come.
The explosive energy of this particular season has the potential to force us to disrupt essential patterns and re-align the direction that life is taking us.
Helping us explore which of our patterns of behaviour and direction do we want to sustain and maintain. And, what patterns do we need to acknowledge and change in order to live and act with greater compassion and acceptance.
Vision The Form Of Your New World
We need to align with the cycles and rhythm of Nature. Mother Earth enjoys consistency as a part of life, even though change is a constant. Cycles of disruption, such as the wildfire burning a client´s home in June, change the landscape. They are the process of re-birth and renewal which drives evolution.
This is the theme at the core of the current eclipse season. Burning the structures of our life so we can re-build something more attuned to our desires.
The sparkles in the sky are challenging us to choose what we consider to be worth fighting for. What aspects are truly meaningful in our life? As we do so we begin to define the form of the new world we are seeking to bring into existence.
Do we choose to craft our new world as one of equity, harmony, just peace and being sustainable? Until we envision it there is no space to build it. Once we do then creation can flow.
Until we know our direction we cannot move out of the void of creation. Our visions, dreams and imagination set the course for our journey to our new world.
The month of July will bring resolutions, clarity, new meaning and understanding after all the upheaval. This full moon lunar eclipse in Capricorn is also the most auspicious and powerful full moon in the Vedic calendar. It marks the final act in the eclipse dramas we endured since July 2018.
The Cancer-Capricorn axis has also been creating a shift in our sense of safety. How it occurs, authority, plus the containers created to ensure authority and perceived safety – police, government, medical system, business etc..
The structures seeded during the last occasion Saturn and Pluto met in Capricorn, in 1518, are expiring.
Reflect On Your Own Values
All the structures in your life – business, career, work, and relationships – have been re-booted. What you believed was expected of you, and what you expected of yourself is no longer sustainable.
Saturn is retrograde from 1st July to 29th September. It governs the structures of our life and what we build – whether a home, a business or a dream.
During this retrograde, your future plans will probably take a step backwards. The purpose being for you to evaluate whether or not what you are currently building will have long-term staying power. In particular does it support your vision?
Capricorn is associated with your career. Questioning you to ensure it is in alignment with your personal truth, not an ambition created by the ego.
Capricorn is also associated with your personal authority. Make sure you are giving yourself credit and not diminishing your belief as to your worth. There will be ample opportunity during this transit to ensure you own your authority rather than deflecting it.
Once Capricorn has a vision the sleeves are rolled up, taking action to achieve it. Though on occasion Capricorn can become caught up in process, or even perhaps a tad too rigid in executing the plan.
The Sun, our outer world, brings a tender softer edge as it is in Cancer, the sign of the Divine feminine. Offering nurturing as well as an intuitive/creatively playful edge.
The Sun conjuncts Sirius, the greater sun of our Sun, connecting us to a higher wisdom. Embracing cosmic awareness through our connection to the Etheric field. Stoking the fire of our passions, we are being guided to take that step into the unknown of our new world.
There to discover for ourselves the only boundaries we experience within our lives are the boundaries we create for ourselves.
Let Your Structures Go
Lunar eclipses open a window into yourself, the part you almost never show to the world, the emotional and deepest part of your psyche. The part that limits your full potential.
These include the structures in your life, the architecture or framework of all the different aspects of it – including your relationship with money.
Although our Sun in Cancer will foster some nesting instincts, this is not necessarily the moment to purchase a home. Mercury is still retrograde until 12th July and will be in shadow for the remainder of July.
This Message From Source offers guidance for us all:
“All of you have contributed to what will be soon known as launch day. Where to and for are all as yet unsure. This will become clearer to you all later this year.
Will this year of 2020 deliver all of your desires? It will once they are initiated. As we have indicated before, all need to participate, which they will do even if it is by their non-participation. This is the most for each of you to choose, the direction you desire for yourself, no-one else. Yes you can continue to pass your power to others or you can regain it. Only each of you can choose which it is to be. Making the choice will for many be the most difficult choice of this lifetime.
Why? Because the habit and pattern have been established of allowing others to have sovereignty over you. Hence the change will require the established comfort zone to be left. The new one will not appear to be so safe and alluring, though more and more are coming to realise it is also an illusion. Self-responsibility is the choice, even though it may seem daunting.”
Step Into The Unknown
In numerology July is 11/2. 11 is a Master number suggesting you will receive an influx of cosmic downloads. Exercise and being in Nature are wonderful means to help you feel grounded and centred. For me both also offer the opportunity to receive inspired ideas once you allow yourself to relax and be at peace.
The crown chakra is the energy centre within our body that is responsible for thought, awareness, wisdom, and our connection to the Creator. Signs it is blocked are a lack of:
- Motivation to achieve your vision
- Restful sleep
- Your ability to take action
- Your self-worth.

In recent months, we had a taste of Aquarian energy with Saturn, the ruler of Capricorn, being in Aquarius. With Saturn in Aquarius, we had the first taste of its ideas for rebellion and revolution.
More humanitarian thinking appeared as did working toward a cause—the hallmark of Aquarius. It is about change, overthrowing the current system and structures and having a vision for our new world.
We have more Aquarian energy coming. Whilst Saturn has now retrograded back into Capricorn, around the December solstice, both Saturn and Jupiter will move into Aquarius. The recent little taste is going to be nothing compared to what is initiated come December.
Aquarius will introduce themes of innovation, rebellion, revolutionary ideas, new solutions to old problems…
…our vision for our new world.
The shadow side of Aquarius includes detachment and feeling isolated, suggesting there will still be some fallout from COVID to address.
This is the moment to review your foundations, understanding where you have come from and where you seek to go. Creating your new foundations.
Be Open To Receive More Than Ever
Question will they support your desired outcome or vision? Identify what kind of work, activities and relationships contribute to your long-term stability and joy.
Saturn is prepared to send you destined encounters to help guide your way forward, and opportunities to clear old karma.
The two keys to realising the potential of July are to be:
- Aware of who you are as a unique individual. Owning and honouring that by standing out, being the original leader of your own life.
- Able to receive resources in ways that you have never before. Be open to allow the breadcrumbs of your desires to be seen.
This is aided on 8th July by numerology giving you the courage to initiate new energy and projects. The breadcrumbs encouraging you to explore an infinite variety of opportunities. Though the influence of Mars suggests it may require some exercise or movement to release them.
Mercury goes direct on 12th July, though its shadow lasts for another two weeks. The same day the Sun and Neptune connect to bring increased compassion and empathy. There will also be a boost to your creativity.
Some Final Indications Of Your New World
The new moon in Cancer rises on 20th July. A water sign, Cancer is associated with your emotional security, as well as your feelings about home and family. It will ask how can you connect more to feel a sense of family and community?
A cardinal sign of initiation, it is asking you to set powerful intentions and as you do, feel what you are asking for.
Perhaps it will be recognition within each of us there is an inner wisdom. One we can trust and allow it to lead us in a direction of knowing what is optimal for us. No longer needing an intermediary to guide us as to our way forward?
Living life on our own terms, regardless of what others are doing or saying. Using our emotion to distinguish between a genuine insight and fear.
Distinction has always been easier for me when in a place of stillness. That is the moment to come into contact with the wisdom and truth within.
There is nothing that matters like being at peace with yourself. Being at peace with yourself and your choices.
