The start of this cycle was October 2021 with a focus on how our sense of self and individual motivations affect the other people we encounter in life.

…what is the next chapter I am writing for my future? What do I desire? Am I addicted to old stories? Are those tales aligned with beliefs that now conflict with who I am becoming?
This is your chance to evaluate how your mindset has hindered personal and relational potential.
Currently we are in the flow of transformational energy as we dance between worlds, one foot in the old and another in the new.
The eclipse season we have just left disrupted what was once very fixed in our lives. The choices we make and the desires we put into place will start to pay off once Mars goes direct on 12th January.

Recently various people have approached me because they have wanted to step onto a new path yet a sudden numbing fear stopped them.
Others have been reaching for a dream and found themselves instead holding food, alcohol, or lost on social media.
They have been unable to identify the cause stopping them from beginning their new chapter. Usually the root lies in a lost Soul part or their ancestral lineage.
Whilst science indicates we can carry upto 14 generations of memories in the proteins that regulate the expression of our DNA, shamanic practice knows no such limits.
