It is providing each of us with a chance to start anew. A new beginning with a path to a new life of your choice. Expect several options for new opportunities to grow or be re-borne.
The Twins Herald…
Self-awareness will be crucial. It is this which will provide the ability to accept yourself, warts and all! Exploration of your shadow side is essential. Though not from the idea of disposing of it. Rather to acknowledge and accept it is part of you.
In doing so you remove its ability to direct your reactions to events. Emotions such as fear, hurt, sadness, guilt, anger and shame are an essential facet of being human. Without them we lose the ability to also experience excitement, fun, joy, happiness, pleasure and yes, love.
Gemini is the “first” human sign in the zodiac. The twins are the sign of the eternal youths, Puer and Puella. As with all youths they are challenging us to move forward. Reminding each of us has what it takes to grow and initiate a fresh start.
This Gemini new moon is asking us to re-define how to be human.
The Gemini full moon last December “wanted us to first draw a line under 2019 as a whole.” This Gemini new moon rose on 22nd May 2020 – its numbers add to 13, the vibration of the Divine Feminine.
Venus is joined with Mercury, ruler of the Gemini new moon! And Venus turned retrograde on 13th May, another 13 Universal date!
For the first time ever, we are experiencing Venus and the number 13 together in several events in the starry heavens. The call to embrace the Divine Feminine has never before been so strong.
To me the important symbol is the twins, harmony of the masculine and feminine. Doing so is going to re-define what we have understood as being human. This new moon is providing the opportunity to create a foundation for supreme harmony in our lives – personally and collectively.
And To Grow The 2s Bring…
More 2s are present with the Sun and Moon joining together at 2°; Mercury, ruler of this new moon and Gemini is at 20°; Venus is conjunct Mercury at 20°; and Neptune is also at 20°.
In its highest vibration two is the number of diplomacy, intuition, and peace. Teaching us how to compromise between two extremes.
The Sun, Moon, Venus, and Mercury are all in Gemini and Saturn in Aquarius during this moon. Meaning there is plenty of the element Air blowing. Hence a focus on thinking, communication, and learning new gifts and skills.
Gemini brings the power of information. Through networking, dialogue, brainstorming, reading, and writing, opportunities exist to receive new information. Expanding our awareness of what is possible.
Saturn in Aquarius indicates a higher set of ideas and ideals is available to us. Being careful not to accept just what is available to you. The higher ideas and truths will require some effort to access.
These will be important to how you co-create 2020. Yes, its energy is intense as we undergo a year of unprecedented, foundational structural change…
…with the beginning of 2020 bringing about changes beyond our wildest imagination...
…breaking down existing structures to make space for something entirely new to emerge…
…as we are asked to step into our power as co-creators on Mother Earth.
All of us have ideas or illusions about who we are, about who others are, and what is our “truth”. Many of these illusions can be burst during this moon as the veils drop, and we emerge into acceptance of the duality of two acting in harmony.

Just Live Life, Or Change It?
Each of us incarnated to evolve. Meaning we become conscious of who we are and what drives us. Which is why so called “negative emotions” are often more useful than those we believe are “good” ones!
By feeling into emotional states such as loneliness, depression, anger, or emptiness, clients have been able to identify the underlying cause. Usually many layers below the surface state of the message from their body.
Once awareness exists as to the cause of this state, patterns of behaviour, or conditioning, it is possible to address them. Then your life will change. Feeling the pain and dis-comfort of your emotions will have provided the means to grow and evolve.
This is how the dimensions of fun, love and joy will appear in your life.
Only you need to choose what it is you desire in your life. New moons are the ideal moment to take action on new ideas, to begin a new project, or move in a new direction.
This Gemini moon is asking you to be clear on what matters to you, and to express yourself. Using your voice to speak your desires by committing to your dreams. Just thinking them leaves them in the dream state, hence my suggestion to write them down.
To quote Steve Jobs from the “Secrets Of Life” documentary:
“…everything around you that you call life was made up by people that were no smarter than you and you can change it you can influence it you can you can build your own… that life is there and you’re just going to live in it versus embrace it change it improve it make your mark upon it.”
The question for each of us to answer is whether to just live life or take action to change it?
Who And What Can We Now Rely On?
When choosing to change and grow we need a vision which is beyond the horizon of our comfort zone. This new dream needs to incorporate your own values so it is an attraction to move toward.
This Gemini new moon is asking us to initiate how we grow and evolve and so co-create how to be human.
Re-phrasing the question: the systems and structures we have assumed we can rely on are going through more immense challenges than we are as individuals.
Should we no longer be able to rely on those structures, who and what can we rely on to support us?
Is the intent of this current turmoil we place greater trust in our own authority? To increase our ability to take care of ourselves and each other, and more trust in our co-creative power?
The days to 28th May are signalling to us to learn or grasp new concepts.
Until the end of June is one of the best periods in 2020 for taking action. My suggestion is to allow new ideas to form about how to act in connection with value and your values, forging new habits to grow.
On 28th May, Mercury enters Cancer until 4th August. It will encourage you to review and refine insights gained over the previous weeks. To ensure they are even more congruent with your mission, your dream.
Then the nine month of May will pass. The month to close the chapter on a book you have been reading for many years.
As a Universal one month, June opens a pathway to the new.
The one is known for its creativity and courage. June 2020 is begging you to change your behaviour by putting yourself first and invest some energy in what gives you joy.
Then Along Comes…
The collective energy of this numerology will also mean breakthroughs occur in leadership, innovation, and adventure.
This is a powerful moon with a huge opportunity for positive change. This begins with the words you choose to describe your world, instead of the world happening to you.
Some steps to assist you create your vision to grow are:
- Light a candle and complete any other ritual you have to create some quiet, calm space.
- Set your intention to receive a vision for completing your mission.
- Enjoy the quiet space and allow your thoughts to flow rather than follow anyone.
- When an insight flows in record it and seek further understanding as to its nature. Feel into whether it excites you, gives you joy? Expect some anxiety to surface, this is the usual reaction to something new surfacing.
- Once complete, express your gratitude and always ask if there is any other insight to assist you at this moment.
Then each morning ask yourself: How will I create and grow myself today?
Each day you have a conscious choice how you show up that day. Is it: “I am courageous in taking steps to manifest my vision… Or, I am curious with my clients… Or, I am calm and confident… Or, I am taking steps to grow …Or, I am supportive and attentive with my partner… Or, I am present with those around me.”
You choose how you want your world to be.
The full moon rises on 5th June in Sagittarius, marking the start of the next eclipse cycle. Relationships are going to be challenged. Strong relationships will withstand the test through patience and unconditional love. The solstice follows on the 20th and the new moon in Cancer rises the next day.
End Words
The Cancer new moon is a solar eclipse. The influence of Saturn creates an imbalance between personal freedom and responsibility, between self-expression and restriction. This partial solar eclipse requires a patient, cautious and responsible attitude.
A recent Message From Source provided this guidance on what is evolving:
“Though the impact in terms of fear and the attendant need to be safe will continue long after the threat will be seen to have dissipated. The longer the fear continues, the longer will the down cycle of fear before the emotional recovery is accepted.
There will also be other factors soon coming into play. The moment is about to appear when old structures are visibly not sound. There will then be attempts to shore them up, these will not succeed. Rather they will prolong the period of re-construction. The sooner the new is able to emerge, the sooner will the fear and threats dissipate.
The form of the new will be determined not by the actions of a few. Yes new leaders will be needed and these will emerge from the most unlikely of places. Which is why the impact will seem more dramatic. The Earth is not willing to wait for change to emerge. It will force change to take place”
