How to Shine the Light on The Way Ahead
The coming days will provide you with some lightning flashes of insight to help you gain even greater clarity as to the way ahead to grow your business. And if the sense of confusion still persists, these flashes will help you peer through those mists to understand their cause.
Each year as the Sun enters Libra toward the end of September we have the equinox. It represents our place of transition, that ‘moment’ between the in and out breath, the space between our thoughts and words, the eternal stillness that is present in the simplicity of being in the present moment.
Equinox – Balance and Harmony
It helps us to find, embrace and bring balance in all aspects of our lives – between the masculine and feminine, soul and ego, being and doing, Father Sky and Mother Earth, spirit and matter.
Reminding us we are all equal and we are all ONE.
This year´s equinox took place just before 2.00 a.m. (UTC) on 23rd September. It also marked the move from the Virgo energy of organising, de-cluttering and re-designing your life, to the easy-going and fair-minded Libra. With its emphasis on balance in all aspects of our life.
Because 2018 is an 11 universal year, its two equinoxes carried an even greater impact. For 11 is the master number of balance.
As such it symbolises two columns, yin and yang. Inviting you into the present moment – the place of total freedom. The place where there is no “right” or “wrong”, there is no judgement or blame of others. Rather the place where we take full responsibility for every aspect of our life. This is what creates our freedom.
Also on the 23rd, work was emphasised, using your mind to focus on it. Saturn requiring your undivided attention to bring any challenges into balance. There was also a boost to your confidence in the decisions you are making.
In astrology, Saturn rules our business or career. So focus on how to integrate and express your natural gifts to create abundance in the work you choose to do.
Full Moon – Challenges
The first full moon after September´s equinox is also known as the harvest moon. This is because as the moon rises in the northern hemisphere it skirts lower on the horizon, creating several nights of increased brightness. Helping farmers to bring in the annual harvest.
The full moon in Aries rises just before 04.00 (UTC) 25th September. This is September´s moment for a challenging emotional influence, though designed to be of deep service.
This will come from the full moon falling near the asteroid Chiron, indicating linkage to a deep emotional soul wound in your childhood. The alignments suggest in addition to maternal issues, there are also some with your father. How this childhood trauma affects your current intimate relationships will become clearer.
This wound could have its root in this or other lives, or be ancestral. It might also have led to a part of your soul remaining in the event. Addressing the wound will release you from a reluctance to act boldly with regard to your leadership.
The intensity could last for three or four days. The dis-comfort is likely to bring up issues associated with risking, leading, taking charge or delegating. Apparently conflicting with Saturn´s recent return to forward motion which signalled a major transformation in your life…..enabling you to take on greater responsibilities.
What the two are doing is making you aware of these wounds the soul is holding so they can be addressed. So liberating you to take action in terms of your business, career or project.
This moon teams up with action-oriented Mars in Aquarius, the sign of freedom, breakthroughs and the future. So you will feel pleased about the work Saturn is inviting you to act on.
Mars invigorates and Saturn stabilises. The combination is inviting you to focus on creating your desires by trusting your soul´s wish to initiate a permanent shift. So not a day to challenge authority or refuse taking responsibility.
Guidance
With Saturn still in that highly fortunate trine to Uranus, the ruler of Aquarius, you are being set free to attend to matters that raise your vibration and allow you to manifest lasting results.
In my last post I wrote it is not your soul´s purpose “to be in a certain job, place or relationship. All of these are experiences. The soul´s purpose is quite simply to gain as many of these as possible.” After comments by several people about their purpose and guidance from their guides, the following was received:
“Guides will not predict your future for you.
Your future is changing based upon your focus, thoughts, desires and decisions you make from moment to moment.
You are the creator of your future. When a future is predicted, it is only one of an infinite number of possibilities.
Our work is in sharing spiritual truths while helping those like you connect with your own truth and the ever expanding mission your soul desires.”
My interpretation is follow your feelings as to your choice of direction or action to achieve it, rather than believe there is only one path to living your purpose.
Each of us has our own unique journey. Even though each journey seems different, they are more similar and connected than we realise. What I call the Matrix effect!
Have Trust and Confidence
The exact T-square created by the sun and moon with Saturn – all at 2°, plus being a 20 month in an 11 year means this full moon is focused on relationships, in all their forms. The number 2 symbolises two people, or you and another coming together, communicating, sharing energetically and creating balance.
Saturn will also ensure we will feel the weight of our responsibilities. For during this transit we will experience obstacles. Bringing up lack of confidence and trust in our intuition, giving us feelings of hopelessness and our need to belong.
Our thoughts may be heavy with self-doubt, or an even more strident inner critic. For Aries does not enjoy being told “no” whilst Saturn is not seeking to rush anything through.
Meaning those touched by this full moon might feel the needs they have suppressed surfacing – as a result offering them the care they feel they have not deserved to ask for.

Remember Aries is the first sign of the zodiac and is asking you to experience a new direction. This full moon is preparing you to:
- Bypass any inhibition about moving forward
- Overcome the isolation you may be feeling through concentration and discipline
- Move beyond any separation in your life, especially in your relationships
- Trust you have the gifts and abilities to move steadily towards that new desired outcome.
Then a New Cycle Begins to….
27th September brings both a strong urge to take action, whilst drawing on your purposeful instincts, and a major boost to your self-confidence and enthusiasm. Making this an ideal moment to initiate new projects, launch new ventures.
You will be feeling strong and courageous and can use your initiative to start the ball rolling, tackling difficult tasks to create momentum. This will especially be the case if you think such tasks are outside your comfort zone.
The 29th reminds us to master the present moment. To be especially aware of your thoughts, words, actions and intentions as doing so will create profound growth.
This is important as the very next day, Pluto the planet of power and control goes direct. Whilst the shadow lasts until 22nd January, a new cycle is beginning. It will allow you to find and give nourishment by accessing your deepest inner skills, gifts and abilities – the power of your soul.
Meaning no matter how difficult your challenges may seem, nothing required of you is heavier than your shoulders can carry. If choices made no longer seem valid, there may still be the opportunity to make some changes and set new ones before the window of opportunity closes at the end of October.
If you have doubts about communicating this, you may feel discomfort in the throat and back of the neck. For example, saying what you want or feel, you might suffer from a sore throat or feel your throat is blocked, causing choking.

This Full Moon Brings…..
Until Venus goes retrograde on 5th October the period can be viewed as our coming “into the light.” For we can begin to see more clearly who we are, what the change has been about/for and to create balance in all aspects of your life. This will allow you to begin to plan and see the way ahead to grow your business, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of your choices.
