Description
Shamanism is the set of rituals and beliefs that are used to effectuate change in our world.
These include working with the Five Elements: Fire, Earth, Water, Air and Spirit.
Each Element has its own power and use, as well as acting as a symbol of an aspect of our own life.
Earth is associated with Nature, feeling ‘grounded’, security and material well-being and carries feminine energy. It is usually represented by flowers, crystals or stones, a potted plant or the image of a land animal.
