Who Is The Leader Of Your Life?
You are already familiar with intuitive downloads – the moment an idea or vision pops into your head and gives you inspiration for your actions and directions!
Read any of the biographies of eminent scientists such as Einstein, or other researchers and you will find this is how their “Eureka” moment arrived.
When receiving an intuitive vision or feeling, you might fear you will never achieve it! Perhaps it feels scary or even impossible to act on these intuitive nudges?
Remember this…
…you would not have been given the inspiration to do something, if you did not already have the abilities, gifts, skills and support to fulfil your intention.
These divine downloads are being received because it is part of your soul’s intention to bring your unique abilities, gifts and skills to the world.
The vision for your life might seem to be perfect to you, and yet it does not materialise. Usually this is because that vision is limited.
Your soul´s purpose is to evolve and expand. Hence why it is always stepping beyond your existing comfort zone – what it has already experienced!
Which is why it is imperative to listen to your intuition, to ensure you are aligned with your soul´s mission. Unless you are, you will be unable to live your life to the full.
2020 has already delivered some really sobering lessons to us all.
It has drawn a very clear line in the sand between those who were willing to accept change and those who are not.
Those who are being the leader of their life, business and personal, and who was at the mercy of the media, the fears and the uncertainty.
Complexity and Chaos Reign
As an entrepreneur your purpose is to explain your offer so that you may serve. This is your moment to rise. Your moment to be a leader. Your moment to help humanity by delivering your mission.
You know this is not the first pandemic humanity has faced. History shows every economic downturn sets in motion a great transfer of wealth. Those who are a leader in creating prosperity assist the others by picking them up.
Enabling them to prosper as well. This re-structuring is already underway.
Though you cannot benefit from this wealth transfer until you have an offer which solves people´s greatest challenges. A challenge is a desire stated as its opposite.
Being a leader can be lonely. Often very lonely.
This was certainly the case when I was a CEO and is true for CEOs and senior executives I have worked with. Despite the teams they may have to support them.
A loneliness which seems to be magnified by this period of complex and chaotic change.
For there is a global transition underway from obvious or complicated challenges and decisions to much more complex and chaotic scenarios.
Added to this is the Sacred Masculine stepping aside to be replaced by the integrated Sacred Masculine and Divine Feminine – or was that the trigger?
Whatever the cause, humanity is switching from a consciousness based on competition and an option of being separate from Spirit. Co-operation, understanding and compassion will be the new ways we relate to each other.
We moved out of the information-age some years ago, evolving into an experience-age in which people expect to learn and grow. The experience is informative as well as an engaging, connecting and fun.
A New Era Emerging
This is true for any organisation, no matter its sector or size. I will go further and state it will be the distinction between those who survive and those who do not.
And now, I believe a shift into a new phase of evolution is underway. One where collaboration is an essential pillar. Central control and direction were the “old model”. The new one will provide flexibility and so adapt easily to emerging opportunities.
Enabling breakthrough thoughts and ideas to be turned quickly into actionable items.
Which arrives back to being an effective thought leader.
For that you do not need to sell millions of books or create a TED talk seen by millions of people.
Stop believing you need to consume as many books as possible, as fast as possible. Listening to podcasts on 1.5X speed and apps with 15 minute book summaries. These suggest one belief is directing you: “I am afraid I will miss something and my competitor will steal a march on me.”
Rather be yourself and share your ideas, your people, your tribe is waiting.
Dean Simontonis is a researcher of creative productivity. He discovered that highly creative people do not necessarily produce better ideas – they generate more of them.
Let go of trying to be perfect.
Just generate ideas – lots of ideas.
Each of us can receive amazing intuitive insights.
All the answers you might be seeking as a leader are within you.
Though not with your cognitive mind.
Find a place where you can be grounded, relaxed, and connected to your body´s wisdom. There you can tune into the infinite awareness of Spirit.
To help identify your special gift review your experiences. They have occurred so you can use them to share the wisdom you have gained for the benefit of others.
Three Pointers To Help You Be A Leader
For as Rumi wrote:
“Everyone has been made for some particular work and the desire for that work has been put in every heart.”
Which is why the answer is always within. Then you will able to realise what Winston Churchill indicated:
“It’s not enough to have lived. We should be determined to live for something.”
Here are three pointers to help you do that:
1. Slow down – only then will you be able to connect to Spirit and so access your insights.
2. Create your own life – most people live a life based on fitting to the perceived expectations of others. The result is a life full of excuses, a life that happens to them. Be one of those who live a life you have created.
3. Speak your vision – your mission as a leader is to identify the people you can create the most value for, help them to grow their skillset and their mindset – growing your own in the process. Every soul has one purpose – to expand. Speaking and acting your vision will ensure you do.
Be as David Perrel wrote:
“Many of the most successful people … have found their edge by putting their faith in one big idea. They’ve committed to the idea, and studied it so much that its implications have become second nature.”
Imagine it is three years from now and you have become known for taking one idea seriously: What would it be?

Have Courage To Take The Second Step
When you receive a vision or feeling about yourself in your future, you might fear you will never reach it! It might feel scary or even impossible to follow these intuitive nudges.
Have the courage to step through, this is the step your soul is seeking to create evolution for you. The one which leaves your comfort zone.
One last reminder from Barbara Hall:
“The path to our destination is not always a straight one. We go down the wrong road, we get lost, we turn back. Maybe it doesn’t matter which road we embark on. Maybe what matters is that we embark.”
Setting sail will enable you to lay the foundation for sustainable success and impact, and create real security in your life and work…
…then accessing your deeper potential and mission you will be able to live the life you desire and deserve! The one you have created.
